Hot off the press is the latest newsletter on our exploration of Generation-After-Next (GAN) cyber defence protect the military against cyberattacks.
It shares the most recent findings as part of our lead role in the ARCD (Autonomous Resilient Cyber Defence) project. ARCD is funded by the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl). It’s an industry-wide collaboration, bringing together a diverse community of experts, researchers, and stakeholders dedicated to tackling some of the most complex challenges in cyber defence.
Shaping the future of cyber defence
The latest newsletter provides a comprehensive rundown of each ARCD project area, detailing tasks completed, ongoing efforts, and an overview of the programme’s impact. It’s a reflection of the hard work and innovation that continues to shape the future of cyber defence. Some of the ARCD tasks highlighted include:
- The strengths and limitations of AI in cyber defence
- How to use AI for cyber situational awareness
- The optimal environments for training, evaluating and demonstrating the effectiveness of AI and ML capability
- The right methodologies for the right impact
At the heart of this progress is the steadfast contribution from our supply chain. A collection of SMEs, academic institutions, and non-governmental partners have ensured ARCD is at the cutting edge of cyber defence innovation.
As we move closer to the end of this remarkable programme, we’re committed to exploring new frontiers in autonomous systems and resilient defence strategies. Our latest ARCD newsletter coincides with our Final Demonstration Days in Farnborough, just one of our many collaborative events to share the knowledge gained.
