Frazer-Nash Consultancy has welcomed Ashley Stower to its growing rail business.
Ashley has considerable senior management experience, having worked within the rail industry for 35 years. His previous business management and development background includes significant roles with Network Rail, GB Railfreight, EWS and Railtrack, after starting his career within British Rail.
As Rail Infrastructure Business Manager, Ashley will help Frazer-Nash’s existing clients, and will develop new business opportunities focusing on finding innovative ways to improve customers’ performance, whilst managing risk and operational costs.
Rail Business Manager, Tim Myall, said:
“With a wealth of expertise in business development and account management, Ashley is well-placed to help us build on our engineering consultancy support to multi-million pound rail infrastructure projects, including the implementation of the digital railway, European rail traffic management system (ERTMS), and rail network electrification.
“Ashley’s understanding of the challenges our clients face, developed over 35 years of working in the rail sector, and his skills in communications and relationship building, will help us manage complex engineering change programmes and deliver a technical and commercial edge to our rail customers.”
Ashley said:
“I am very pleased to be joining Frazer-Nash at this time: I believe with its current rail knowledge, and its expertise in other sectors, the business can really benefit the rail industry going forward.”
